"Pretty good, but the face could’ve been closer"
Overall, the bobblehead was decent. Like, you can definitely tell who it’s supposed to be, but the face just wasn’t quite as close as I was hoping. The hair looked good and the outfit looked good too, so those parts were nice. It’s not bad at all, I just wish the likeness was a little more accurate, especially for the price...

"It looks okay and does the job..."
It looks okay and does the job, but I expected a bit more for the price lol. Not terrible, just not really worth what I paid.

"Packed with real care"
My bobblehead showed up in perfect shape, no cracks or damage at all. The box had a ton of padding, so you could kind of read between the lines and tell they actually cared about it getting here safely. I was a little worried at first, but everything turned out great...

"Funny gift, but I wish there was a real person to talk to"
I got this for my brother’s birthday, and he did think it was funny, so I’ll give it credit for that. He put it on his desk and even sent me a picture, which made me happy because at least he got a kick out of it.
The face was kind of close, but not totally him, and the colors looked a little different than I expected. I also didn’t love that there wasn’t really any human contact during the process, just felt like I was dealing with an automated system the whole time. Still a fun gift overall, but for the price I was hoping it would feel a bit more polished.

"Photo proof made it super easy"
I was really happy with how my bobblehead turned out. They sent me a photo proof before making the final one, and I asked them to tweak the face a little. The updated version came back fast and looked a lot more like the picture. It was nice that I could check it first instead of just hoping it would be right. It came out cute and ended up being a really fun gift

"Felt stuck waiting for the delivery"
The shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update for a few days, which made me feel kind of trapped just waiting around and wondering if it had gotten lost. It did show up eventually, and the box was in okay shape, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just wish the delivery timing had been a little more predictable.

"Pretty good overall, but a few details missed"
Overall, the bobblehead turned out decent, and I have to say the painting work was quite clean. The face was somewhat close to the reference, but not completely accurate, and a few smaller details looked a bit rushed. It’s not bad at all, i just expected it to be a little more polished for the final result.

"Quick help when I needed it"
I emailed them with a question and, they got back to me fast. The issue was sorted out without any back and forth or unnecessary hassle, which is really all you can ask for.
